Erika is a proven operator, financial executive, and strategic advisor who has helped numerous organizations accelerate growth, enhance productivity and strengthen their finances. Erika began her career as a multistate tax consultant for Deloitte in Boston, working with a multi‐billion-dollar client and developing tax mitigation strategies. Afterward, Erika served as a Digital Healthcare Education Executive, leading financial and strategic planning, linking financial goals, regulatory compliance, and operational improvements to deliver strong educational outcomes while maintaining financial strength. Erika’s leadership helped the organization scale ~100x to over $300 million in annual revenue. Additionally, she managed investor relations, including with the merchant bank Allen & Company, and coordinated with Houlihan Lokey in facilitating the organization’s nine-figure exit.
