Niklas Hess

Niklas is a multi-faceted professional, blending legal, business, and healthcare expertise through personal, academic, and practical experiences. Beginning as the co-founder of Campus Tutor, Niklas demonstrated his entrepreneurial drive by creating an innovative peer-to-peer tutoring platform and successfully exiting the business. He then joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he worked on two of Europe’s largest restructurings and bankruptcy cases, earning him an invitation to BCG's Fast Forward program. In his current role as Vice-President at Stone Arch Group, Niklas is providing strategic support to portfolio companies and guiding new healthcare investment opportunities.
Niklas graduated as valedictorian with a dual degree in Business and Law from IE University. He also holds a Master of Law from VIU and a Master of Public Health from Columbia University, focusing on Applied Biostatistics and Data Science.
Beyond the professional realm, Niklas is the co-author of a therapy cookbook, founder of the Segovia Rotaract Club, co-founder of Columbia Healthcare Ventures, and an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
