Lowell is the former Chairman of the Corporate Law Group at Epstein Becker and Green’s New York Office. He has extensive knowledge and advised clients with regard to mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, private equity and venture capital matters. He was a founder and Chairman of the International Lawyers Network, which includes more than 90 law firms and 5000 lawyers throughout the world. He is and has been a director and trustee of various firms and not for profit entities during his career.

Since his retirement from the practice of law, he has actively invested in numerous early stage companies including a highly successful healthcare training organization focused on allied health, partnering with Steve Kemler and chairing a staff of over 2,000 people.
